(23,203 posts)We finally found him in the armoire, curled up in the darkest corner where you couldn't see him. We had to feel around to find him, poor guy was terrified! Three weeks later, he's better and will now walk around the house, even get close to the dog if we are around to protect him. Life is slowly getting back to normal for these old cats faced with a young super energetic dog who wanted to chase & bark at them. It's now been a week with no barking at the cats and no full on chases. He's started after one or the other of them several times, but he stops when we say very firmly, NO. 2 of the 3 cats are even starting to hang out with us in the den with the dog in the same room, so the light in the tunnel is getting brighter.
