Are there any nursing homes in the United States that lets resident determine their rent?

that gave the word 'rideau' (curtain in french) to us in Ottawa. Don't know what the indigenous name is for the falls.

they have a petting zoo once a summer. We like the picnic tables that you can push his wheelchair up to. We have picnics in the summer.
