One of the most amazing cars I've ever seen. All 4 tons of it

Went to the Petersen Auto Museum in L. A. on Sunday and this one was down in their vault...not currently on display.

Interesting story behind it.

It’s literally one of the coolest cars I’ve ever seen. It was awe-inspiring. Beyond real. Like a movie piece from something like Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow.

I wan t to go for a cruise in that, that's all. I've had several chances to take some fine machines for a spin, that one's on my bucket list.
