I can't stand animal cruelty. I don't understand how or why people mistreat animals.

AS I SAID on another mention of this on DU, I will personally volunteer to tie and bind this horrible thing and leave him on the side of the road. And here in Michigan its going to be in the teens at night. I'll even let this thing keep his clothes on.
