After all the furor over the Oscars...

My way to save time would be to end ALL the Best Song performances on air, and end any and all Production/Dance numbers.

It was over the top better in every way. No music ins and outs, no long thank yous, great speeches from great people. No bull shit just gratitude.
The Oscar Committee should watch it and learn how to produce and awards show that is about acknowledging excellence and not about "show biz".
