once. Literally made the hair on my arms stand up. The clarity and tone, and the sheer power of her voice ... just gobsmacked. Without a mic she could blow the room away, I swear. “Miss Chatelaine” is one of my karaoke faves to do.

In fact, I love all her music. Her voice is just out of this world amazing. I am not a big country music fan, but even she can turn a country tune into a masterpiece.
