His review is pretty much the same as yours.

He is a stone cold murderer who thought his celebrity would get him out of trouble. I can't and won't watch it. There are enough Americans who are enamored by violence.

who happened (inexplicably, in my mind, after seeing it) to have incredible talent as a football player.

At the end, they show his brain compared to a normal brain. It's pretty stunning. No wonder the guy was a criminal. They tried to blame it on CTE from football; I think there could have been significant other factors. Either way, it certainly doesn't absolve the guy - but his brain was literally broken.

As someone who watches football and was well aware of the talent this guy displayed on the field ... it is crazy to think, what if his brain was normal instead of sponge cake?

Oh and I watched it with a parent who now will not let her young son play football, because she doesn't want his brain turned to sponge cake like that. I'd say that's a win. (even if I think CTE was not necessarily the only cause and the docu didn't even really say that either, just implied that it contributed)
