(23,182 posts)3. Our Aussie Shepherd, Finley, is ok with short hugs between hubby and me.
Anything longer and he does just like this golden, barks at us, then gets between us and stands up to lick us and get attention. When he's in a mood and sees one of the cats approaching, he will run and jump on my lap to tell them this space is taken. He's an attention hound for sure.
