As an Engineer that works around the construction industry, this caused my heart to skip a beat.
I would not be surprised if the boss came down on this guy like a ton of bricks. Safety and insurance is huge in construction and this set off some alarms for me.

But part of my concern is that children are really unpredictable so there are variables there he can't control. If one of those kids goes to jump on the bucket, things could go south in a hurry.
