restaurant just now. It is 90 degrees before the humidex. Probably 100 with.

high tomorrow of 63F and more rain.

We're not doing any better up here. I think the forecast was for it to be between 105 and 110 today. Nothing below 100 in the 10 day forecast, either. Oh well, it' a dry heat.

I lived near Palm Springs, California for over a decade and I actually *like* the intense heat w/o humidity.

Except, not when our sadistic PE teacher forced us all to run laps in June with a 3rd degree smog alert going on...

Heat + low humidity - smog alert = very pleasant

we've actually had a reasonable (often delightful) spring. time to pay up, I'm afraid!

index is about 105.

Where I am I don't know what the index was, but it didn't get above 90 degrees. Breezy, not too humid.

It's been raining the last couple of days, so the temps are only in the low 80s. I love hot weather, and can't stand "NotSummer"

And my living room air conditioner conked out. Happily, a new one is being delivered tomorrow.

It's so hot that Dick Cheney waterboarded himself. *ba da bing!*

We don't get that much extreme heat every year. I don't know how Texans/Floridians/Arizonas stand it.

Hasn't hit 100F yet. And we CAN get over 115F this time of year.......

It should be, like 70.

it has been upper 80s to upper 90s for most of the last couple weeks, almost no humidity, not normal weather for northern colorado this time of year. there's been a big fire burning just west of us for a week and a half and we've had some bad winds, it's been pretty gross around here. i was glad for the break, it's supposed to be close to 100 through the weekend.

It was about 75 (and low 50s at night) just a few days ago.
