I'm looking for a place to get some kicks

Preferably an old highway that goes from Chicago to LA.

Does anyone know of such a place?

It was on Americas Got Talent and his "talent" was absorbing shots to the nads.

I could hear Lee Greenwood in the background and I shed a single tear. America, where taking a foot to the groin is considered talent.

As for your original query, I know a place where it could easily be done, down on Highway 61. Although it doesn't cover your criteria for getting from Chicago to LA, I enjoyed living off Highway 61.
