I'm being called back for a third interview. This is torture.

Hang in there, I have no doubt it is stressful but if you make it past the third interview you will have a job. Unless there is a 4th interview? Seriously, take a deep breath, let it out slowly. Fingers crossed for you.

Annoying as heck, but this is the decider. They will be lucky to have you. Start preparing your salary counteroffer and benefits requests. Lounge party after you're hired.
