Totally free, but they are always asking for donations. In that their monthly nut is a VERY modest £200 per month, I hardly think they're on a mission to self enrichment at our expense. Clearly this is a labor of love.
The music is great! I've come to keep it streaming when I'm working. They also do a sort of historical narrative of the war years in the the UK, tying a song to an event or time period. Right now, they're playing We'll Meet Again, which Vera Lynn recorded at the time of The Blitz.
Anyway . . . . great stuff.

The app is 99¢. For that, you get direct access to a whole bunch of streaming big band and swing links that will stream on your device.
You can also listen to these same steams by logging directly on to each site, but this is very handy. I think I have about 20 or 30 choices.
Just kidding. It really does swing. It's swell.
