Does anybody know any thing about Uber/Lyft service in Charleston SC?

Going there for a midweek visit first week of March. Mostly walking around the historic district. Will need to get from train station to the hotel after we arrive around 8pm. Perhaps go to the beach for a day depending on weather. If I rent a car does someone know what parking is like? The hotel may have a lot to use, I forget at the moment. Thanks for any help

I've used Lyft and Uber in large and midsize cities and never had a problem. Since Charleston is a tourist spot MLAA Feb 21 #1

I cannot imagine you having an issue. You can test it out by setting up a trip from one Charleston location to another and see how many cars it shows around…just don’t finalize the trip. I just did it going from Charleston Marriott to downtown Charleston and it showed a 3 minute wait with multiple cars circling around. 💗

Used both Uber and taxis. Good service with both options. Left our car parked at our hotel.
