no reason given. i remembered a old trick from when i was a kid , i filled a bucket of water to flush.
and greabbed some large pots and filled w water to drink if need be and other chores . away i go.
have a grand day du, update tradespeople found leaks and the leaks were under my apartment . water now back on.
had a cup of noodles for din.

would fill up the bathtub to have flushing water.

It's California, lots of places don't have bathtubs due to water conservation.
