But, you might want a sauna. Personally, I love winter. I also love cheese. Wisconsin has both.

We also are trying to turnover our government.

How much cheese do you eat anyway?

OK, I live in Texas and miss those little cheese stores, but that is not the reason I would move back.

I would move back because I miss: Woods, lakes, better government than Texas, better weather (I hate our heat)
Downside...cold is hard on vehicles. It does get cold. We were always shoveling snow. Gotta have a snowblower or shovel.

Just kidding! There are no spots in WI that don't get snow & ice every year. We're about 90 miles from the WI/IL state line & we get it here too.
They do make excellent cheese in many varieties there, but I think good cheeses can be found most anywhere.
Just experiment. Since you love cheese, it's unlikely you'll get anything you don't like. Just some that you like better.
