Women's College Basketball Question

The men's basketball teams have women cheerleaders. Shouldn't the women's basketball teams have men cheerleaders?

The majority of college cheerleading squads have both women and men on them.

There is one important difference to point out between professional basketball cheerleading squads and collegiate squads. While collegiate basketball team cheerleaders are made up of both men and women professional teams are only made up of women. source
