I'm far less affected by deaths in the family than she is. And of course, it's her brother, not mine.
So, I'm just there if she wants to talk & giving her space if that's what she needs.
We'll see how she is when the funeral director comes over.

if she was close to him know that it will take some time. You won't have to do anything special, just being there for her & listening if she wants to talk will be enough.

I just lost my grandmother and I'm about to leave for a long distance drive.
