Anyone here fans of the Netflix show, "The Crown". NO SPOILERS

I don't want to spoil anything, but Elizabeth becomes the Queen of the UK and other Commonwealth realms.

I just finished season one, and it's a terrific show. Please share your thoughts. On thing that did surprise me was how close the UK PM is to the royal family. I thought that it was mostly a perfunctory relationship. Common courtesy.

I'm surprised that it has kept my interest. Normally, I only like watching stories about royal families when there are dragons about.

I did not care for Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret in seasons 3 and 4.

I really enjoyed it but haven't watched the last season (6) yet. Really enjoyed Olivia Colman and just couldn't get into Amelda Staunton who played The Queen the last 2 seasons (5 & 6). I will watch the last season though at some point.
