His eating habits contributed to him dying of a heart attack at age 56 and a few months.

We sent it to the Russians by the shipload during WWII, their troops loved it, but then again they talked about the pleasure of eating lard on bread. Another similar product that made it to my childhood table was called "potted meat." Apparently it was made of every part of an animal that a person would not knowingly eat separately.

I also like a good roast beef. If I’m buying cheaper lunch meat then nothing beats good ole’ bologna.

My mom also gave it to me seemingly every day. I hated Bologna until I was about 35 and now I love it!

Once or twice a yr, I might buy some salami- but I know it’s unhealthy. I would rather cook up a good grass fed steak and cut it in thin lunch meat slices.

basis. and no researchers or doctors names were given. except for the World Health Organization. I would imagine that the US has a better standard of meat processing than a lot of other countries. I like hard evidence. You provided us with a six sentence paragraph.

I missed that so much when we moved from BOston

I also like Black Forest Ham . It is very low in fat, and thusly Weight Watcher points.
Thinly sliced turkey breast.
