Incredibly dull knife and sliding cutting board while sawing celery.

I had to hug my wife after watching. While her knife skills are atrocious, she knows enough to keep the cutting board ON the counter and to keep it from sliding around. Have to give credit where it's due.

Also, I was initially curious as to why Ms. Habba kept her large ring on - then it occurred to me it's probably a small shield to keep from cutting all fingers off at once.

For anyone who cooks, this is a master class in "what not to do while cutting veggies".

WRT to her show, I'm 99% sure the contestants aren't just awful cooks - a large chunk of them are plain old idiots who are only alive because of spousal and divine intervention.
