Going in for a second round of shoulder surgery this morning...

Had the subscapular re-attached in 2022, but I re-tore the damn thing and also ripped the top tendon as well...

I'm not due till 1030am. I'm HUNGRY! lol

In a much better mental place today than 2 years ago...hard to believe so much has happened. When I woke up last time, my mom had suffered the stroke that would take her, and my dad followed in a year... and I was drinking every night.
Today, I'm back in school to finish my BA, haven't drank since October, have done some amazing grief counseling, and my partner and I are better then ever.
So many times we re-invent ourselves in this life, how sad if we didn't.

So here I go, another step to being in better shape I hope!

It’s very good that you’re taking care of yourself. And you’re right, life can present some serious ups and downs.
