I'm so happy to be back. The last time I tried to log onto DU, I got this horrifying message saying I could no longer post because I had been banned. I scratched my head trying to recall what I could possibly have done to get banned, but couldn't think of anything. The only thing I could think of was that I had been assigned a password that was really obvious and never bothered to change it, so I thought maybe I had been hacked and somebody "made me" say something so outrageous that I got banned.
Then today, months later, for the heck of it I tried to log in and was able to get back here. I'm so happy.
I love this place and missed it so badly. Been here since 2003.
Glad to be back in time for Valentine's Day, my favorite fund drive.
Be well DUers

Welcome back. There are still some DU2 exiles that have yet to arrive, so I imagine most thought you were among them. But, why didn't you just email the admins? I'd bet they could have fixed the problem a bit faster.

(60,010 posts)Sorry about that fund drive thing, tho.
Well, except, even tho Du is no longer having "regular" fund drives, Skinner did announce a special one for Valentines Day, for Panned Parenthood.
