I look over all my papers, and I'm missing the 1098-E for the Department of Education student loan in my husband's name.
I look it up on Sallie Mae - Sallie Mae doesn't have the loan anymore because they shipped it to Mohela.
I wade through the registration and log-in on Mohela -
they only have the info from January 2012 on......

back three or four years to see whether for this kid I took a tuition deduction, this tax credit or that tax credit!
