Let me vent..FIOS customer service(?)

Tonight is when FIOS offers some films at $2.99. This is the only time we will rent a movie. Tonight I saw Money Ball was available. Rented it for $2.99. However in my FIOS library it shows that I rented the film twice at their Flex View option of $11.99. I called FIOS from my cell and was on hold for 59 minutes and 53 seconds. At the 59 minute mark I used the house phone and was connected in 3 minutes. (Do they know it's a cell calling & they try to run up your bill?)

Talked to customer service & was told they could credit me for one of the rentals. I told her that I didn't rent either one of the movies, but of course she was vehement that all they could do for me was credit for one film. Told her to f... off, when she kept trying to talk over me. I hung up.

I called again talked to another customer service representative, he told me FIOS was having a ton of problems with Video on demand and that there would be no problem to cancel both purchases. What the fuck.
