Ancestral memory?

I always used to use the pull-tab cans with the cats. Somehow they knew to respond to the sound of the can opener when I switched brands to food that needed a can opener.

I mean he could have just eaten and there he is.

Now the other three take a minute to make sure I open the cabinet and then they are there.

Your kitty looks almost identical to mine. The only difference is that my cat has a little white spot on her neck.

and I was looking at him and he decided to go hide in a cupboard behind him. However, his tail was still out through the door. There were 5 kids and two other cats within my sight when I said "I can still see you. " and he quickly pulled his tail in. My own Siamese, here alone, always looks around to see who I am talking to.

Psychological warfare pure and simple.
