No coke, Pepsi.
I think it's a Howard Hesseman joke
BY the way, when I was younger, and would watch SNL every week..Belushi was my favorite.
Samurai bit, the cheese burgers bit, The Bees bit, The Blues Brothers, and so much more.
(I've seen "Blues Brothers" at least 20 times)...I loved the man!
IMO. he was a genius, and he died way too young..
He was only 33.

(27,903 posts)Something about taking a flight from New York to LA, with a stopover at the Empire State Building.
I believe that it was the night he & others were Roasting Hugh Hefner....
He got some boos, and one guy shouted out "Too soon"
Gilbert looked over at the other comedians on the dais,
then he began to tell the famous "The Aristocrats" joke.
The audience loved it!

(27,903 posts)He was just hilarious in "The Aristocrats".
If you haven't already seen it, you might want to rent it from Netflix.

(2,900 posts)seems to me to be way too soon too, but what are you going to do? We are all going to die, we all have it coming. Some of us deal with death by occasionally laughing directly in the face of the grim reaper.
That's more like a Herman Hesse novel.
