I was relly lucky to find an auto parts store on the gps just a mile away. After the nice guy put it on for me, the rain really picked up and I still had 30 miles to go. I was relly lucky it stayed 40 degrees, too.
I guess all the snow/ice scraping knocked it loose. You can't see what you're doing underneath 4 inches of snow....
Relly lucky. I love my GPS!

(20,782 posts)I'll never know for sure if it hit anyone but I didn't hear anything after it left me, and no one slowed down, so...I was in the left lane so I figure it's by the median right now.

(16,204 posts)I-95 follows the Connecticut coastline, which has many small town along Route 1 (Boston Post Rd which parallels I-95), so you're often near a store like that. Glad you got new wipers.
