I sort of wish gas prices would go up again.

Reason is, my grocery store has fuel perks. Yesterday I was told I have .20 in fuel perks (that's .20 off
per gallon.)

Now, if gas was 3.00 or more, I could get a good feeling from that. I'd feel clever, thrifty, and just overall pretty good.

But if gas is like 2.00....what's the point? It just doesn't evoke the feelings.....

Meanwhile, gas taxes can be increased because, well, it just doesn't evoke the feelings...

Then, when gas prices rise, the increased gas taxes increase right along with them. Sweet deal for regressive taxers, like the current all-Repub government in MI.

If gas is 2.00, then enjoy paying 1.80!
