I have reached the conclusion that the way to end the idiocy around here is to give this kind of behavior as much of an audience as possible. I have no idea what drives them, but at some point they will either learn to develop shame, or at least, have a fear of getting caught.

Nobody can believe just off the rails things are down here. In the defense of Florida, however, most people are transplants. So you're dealing with the worst of the worst sometimes.
