(31,275 posts)the only bad thing I got from Costco...a 5 x 2.5 x 5 shed. I got it in 2010 and stained it twice. I told my wife that last fall that it was rotting and we needed a replacement. Went out last month, opened the door and it fell off in my hands.
New shed coming in 2 weeks and not from Costco. Other than that, absolutely love Costco.

(22,292 posts)I use it for anything which calls for cooked chicken breast. Makes a great chicken salad.
Here is my Costco Pantry Soup
1 can Kirkland Chicken breast with broth
1 can chicken broth
1 can Ro-Tel
cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste
combine the above in a large saucepan and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Rinse and drain a can of black beans and add to the soup.
Add 1 cup of frozen corn and some chopped cilantro if you have any. Add water if you like a thinner soup
Simmer another 15 minutes.
Serve. Nice with toasted corn tortillas, avocado slices, or cheese.
We buy this amazing green habanero hot sauce brand name is Yucateca. A teaspoon of that in this soup is a really nice touch.
