maybe a Looney Toons thing, that had some kind of a bird walking and hopping along to that music. I must have seen it when I was a kid, back when they showed cartoons before the feature movie in theaters (that sure dates me). Ever since, that bird has been stuck in my head and I see it every time I hear the music.
