Fargo (MN) is probably too new for TCM. I do remember seeing a 60's movie about the Northfield raid by the James-Younger gang, and who doesn't enjoy seeing ex-Confederates being blown away by ex-Union soldiers and immigrants from Scandinavia.
The only movie that I can think of that depicts Wisconsin (and only for brief moments) are Starman and Dogma

For Wisconsin, they're showing a documentary, PRIMARY (1960) about the 1960 Wisconsin presidential primary.
