I spent a month working at the Port of Tacoma a couple of years back and I rented an efficiency close to the docks to save some cash. It also cut a ton of commute time to and from
Turns out I liked Tacoma quite a bit much to the chagrin of a Seattle native coworker who kept making wisecracks.
I kept telling him that Tacoma was just like Seattle minus the hipsters and rich douchebags.
Seemed to bother him
Last thing - the Poodle Dog in Fife serves on of the best breakfasts a person could hope to have

Love her! What genre would you call her music, bluegrass, folk or something else. Whatever, it sounds pretty unique to me and so very real. Neco Case, I will have to look her up on You Tube.

Really talented. This one is more evocative of Billie Holiday in a smoky NYC after hours bistro than Lucinda Williams at Gruene Hall in New Braunfels.
One of my favorite singers, male or female.
