Don't get me wrong, like The Jackson 5 putting Smokey Robinson to shame on his own "Who's Living You", I think Zeppelin usually outdid the originals. But still...damn boys! It's pretty blatant.

(67,498 posts)whole lotta love bio on wiki: Parts of the song were adapted from Willie Dixon's "You Need Love", recorded by Muddy Waters in 1962; originally uncredited to Dixon, a lawsuit in 1985 was settled with a payment to Dixon and credit on subsequent releases.

(1,301 posts)Recorded by Small Faces in 1966. Both had a suit against Led Zepplin in the 80s. They settled with Willie Dixon, who is now included in the song writing credits.
