They caught my eye too . . . And they're next door. Been living on their own for the last couple of years. No construction has happened yet! We have no idea why.
The roses just keep on blooming!

I love the color too. And these are basically wild; the owners died a couple of years ago, and the builder hasn't done nearly anything yet!
So we wait, and the roses bloom.
