Shot these two in both B&W and color. Given the subject it just seems more fitting in B&W, but with the new grass coming out underneath the color shot's kinda cool too. Didn't get a chance to talk to the owner, but the color and pinstriping on the International suggest it spent time as a fire truck.

But the b&w is charming too.
That red reminds me of fire engine red, or something like a very ripe tomato.

(19,387 posts)You're right, the rust just doesn't sell as well in the B&W. Maybe if it was by itself it would be more dominant, but with the big truck it kind of washes out in B&W.
