It's been in disrepair for as long as I've known it. There's another house on the property, which is the one that's actually listed for $450,00+. It, too, is in disrepair, but has very nice Craftsman style bones.

I think this is a buy one, get one free deal. Your Craftsman fixer upper comes with a really fixer upper haunted mansion.

They've cleaned up the property a bit since that article, but restoration plans have fallen through again.
