Traveling to Maui and Oahu at the end of June and beginning of July.

Hello, DUers in Hawaii.

My family and I are planning to travel to Hawaii. We were supposed to go last summer but Covid.

We are departing for Maui on June 26. We are supposed to go to Oahu on July 3. Will it be possible to travel from Maui to Oahu or do we need ANOTHER Covid test? We will already need one just to get to Maui. Do we actually need another to leave and go to Oahu? Is Maui requiring a 2nd test upon arrival?

Any help would be appreciated.

I hadn’t already booked all this and don’t want to incur cancellation fees, etc.

It’s getting pretty ridiculous.

I acknowledge that they’re an isolated state with limited healthcare facilities but numbers are dropping and more people are fully vaccinated each day.
