This has been a kinda strange winter...

but the nicest thing about it is the snow never got dirty it seemed like the old stuff, if there was any, got covered by new before it could. Well that’s how it happened here in Hale. It is blindingly white.

By Monday, it was +39 when I went to bed last night, it's +42F and the sun isn't up yet.
Forty-eight hours ago it was -17F.

Just will be enough melt so we can count on the next 3-4 in on Monday to cover stuff up again.

Can’t believe that less than a month ago I was complaining about not enough snow.

Telling me about the terrible weather out there. It was raining, windy and in the 50s.
My only complaint is with the snow plows here. I’m having a war with them. They have knocked me over while wasn’t looking, 20 feet from the road. Next time I was using my little hand pushed blower to throw snow back at them. When came by, I tucked my head and rolled up in a ball. I could almost hear him laughing.

We've had some really cold weather, but not as much as usual. We're still at about 11% of the normal seasonal snowfall.

I'm just hoping that Mother Nature isn't planning on catching up during March or April.

We're just above our historical averages, but the way it's happened has been odd. We had 3 extreme weather events where we got 15+ inches of snow from 1 storm. Those are usually once in 5 year events. Then we got an ice/sleet storm that made shoveling impossible. Very strange Winter over all.
