6/13 Urgent: Call you Mpls City Council member and tell them pass resolution End Corp Personhood
The Minneapolis City Council is poised to join hundreds of cities across the country that have passed resolutions in support of a constitutional amendment to affirm that only human persons have inalienable constitutional rights and that money spent to influence elections is not equal to free speech and therefore canand must!be regulated. The week of June 11-15 is Resolutions Weeka concerted drive by Move to Amend and other organizations to add more cities to the ever growing list of municipalities that have passed resolutions in support.
As a Minneapolitan and Move to Amend supporter, please consider coming to show your support of the resolution. The resolution will be discussed on Thursday as part of the agenda of the Committee of the Whole, with a vote expected on Friday.
