NJMVC Fucked up. (But you already know that.)

I work for a company that has heavy duty trucks. Our registration is issued through the Trenton office. You go there, pay them and get a registration for your trucks. The registration is on 81/2 x 11 copy paper and is unlike the small paper you get in the mail for your car.

Anyway, I have been filling out checks and submitting them at the counter in Trenton for the last 15 years or so. I fill out the check and they print out the registration. Data from the last year's registration is used as a template to fill out the application for the renewals.

So two weeks ago, I show up with a check, insurance information and so forth. Clerk says that I can't renew because the trucks have not been registered for three years.

I show her the registrations for the last two years, then she has the balls to tell me the registrations that they issued are fraudulent.

WHAT DA FUCK?

So I go back with copies of cancelled check made out to NJMVJC that I submitted to pay for the last three years of registrations.

Nope. Still fraudulent.

I am not asking or advice, just pointing out their assholery.

Two incidents in PA I solved this route when I hit the bureaucratic wall. One involved veterans tax benefits for a widow and the other when EZ-Pass kept changing penalties and increasing them every time I tried to pay a fine.

Constituent service at local assembly office is virtually useless -- when they are even open any more.

You might try to contact the Trenton (NJ) City Clerk and ask if she/he might point you to a department or to an actual person who could assist (you) with your ongoing problem related to the NJMVC.

When calling, be extra pleasant and state your situation both clearly and briefly. From the link above, perhaps select Government, then City Clerk...and no I was not able to source you an actual telephone number.

I concur with 3Hotdogs 100%!

Fed Motor Carrier Safety Assoc branched-out including DOT nonsensical policies that MVC
enforcing without knowing what the hay DOT policy really mean.

All the suggestions that were made, is useless. I been in that direction many, many times.
MVC Chairman is appointed to a position only. Every last political appointee, is there to get
paid without knowing anything about the position they accept & don't care either.

Martinez couldn't care less, why should Fulton? State & U.S. Senators couldn't care less,
anymore than the Governor. But, one thing they do care about, is passing laws to scam
the hell out of us for more MONEY! MVC already stole our identification & sold to all takers
willing to pay the price.

What is the purpose of the 6 point ID? Digital Fingerprinting? And now for 2023, Real ID?
Yes, NJMVC really F'd is right.
