Where exactly is this?

I live in Santa Fe, and while this city and this state has lots of problems (unlike any other city or state, right?) I love it here. I hope to end my life here.

The one I just saw on Thursday was on Interstate 40 (aka Route 66) on your right as you enter New Mexico from Arizona.

I was on highway 412, a but before Clayton. Not an interstate, which is why I didn't see that sign. Oh, well.
