Man recalls being chased by by person with machete near Auditorium Shores

This is an example of how stupid Texas State Government is. Since September 1, 2017, Texans over the age of 18 have been allowed to carry knives, spears, sabers, machetes, and swords in most places ...

WTF is wrong with these people?

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A beautiful and sunny day was shattered in Austin on Tuesday morning.
One teenager’s walk along the trail on Lady Bird Lake ended with a trip to the hospital.
Someone attacked him with a machete near Auditorium Shores, and law enforcement sources told KXAN the attack was random and unprovoked. “There was a lot of blood,” Graber said. “Lacerations to the forearm, behind the ear, lower body to an extent.”

Leatherface moved to Kingsland.

Chainsaw massacre house:

Smoked joints at the Stevie Ray Vaughn statue many times. Times have changed. There was never ever any violence in those days.

If they let them carry guns, other weapons would follow. The right to keep and bear arms probably applies to knives.

Seems ridiculous to me but I think open carry of a AR15 is stupid also. Texas....what else should I expect? Wondering if bars will restrict machetes? Can't believe we are having this conversation.
