Wasn't he a plaintiff in the suit the Supremes just ruled on? Has he issued a statement since the decision?

McKenna's response is saner than expected. It will be intereting to see how that plays with the lunatic wing of the GOP, aka, the Base.

AG McKenna: Don't repeal the health-reform law
McKenna also said he thinks the court ruling vindicated his two positions that the law could not use the Commerce Clause to require everyone to buy health insurance and that the states could not be mandated to accept an expansion of Medicaid that could add millions to their costs.
Gov. Chris Gregoire said today McKenna proved to be dead wrong on his arguments. But she also said she believes McKenna and Democrats nominee for governor, Jay Inslee, both will proceed to expand Medicaid and set up health insurance exchanges.
McKenna said the exchanges offer a good model that encourages individuals to own their health plans, by buying them in some cases with government subsidies, and he wants to see the exchange succeed. He also said hes seen estimates which he could not vouch for that expansion of Medicaid could cost Washington $250 million.
