Anyone up on the three ballot measures which all passed?

The three passed and all seem ripe for abuse. What do you feel was the real aim of these as certainly they were formulated by Republican state operatives:

1. Advise the state legislature to require able-bodied childless adults to look for work in order to receive tax-payer-funded welfare benefits

2. Authorize the state legislature to define serious harm in relation to the conditions a judge imposes on an accused person released before conviction

3. Authorize judges to impose cash bail on an accused person of a violent crime based on circumstances, like the need to protect the community from serious harm and the probability the accused will not appear in court

Also are there any thoughts on the Republican win in the special election giving them impeachment power of elected officials (Governor, Judges, etc.)? Sounds pretty bad and again these bastards keep changing their target to gain the control they crave for their masters.

and Janet was elected, so I don't know that they were formulated by Republicans.

I did not know they were going to be on there, so I just read through them and took them at face value.

Wisconsin Public Radio has a story on it: https://www.wpr.org/election-results-wisconsin-cash-bail-ballot-referendum-welfare

It seemed like they popped up and maybe it is a good thing. But we are still under the control of the Right/Big Donors and will have questions about these three until I am convinced otherwise.

The last question I had above already has a bad slant:

Wisconsin Republicans Are Already Talking About Impeaching the Newly Elected Liberal Judge

Impeachment unless crimes are committed. He has already put this to rest. I’m trying not to worry but at the moment he should be taken at face value.

#3 is already a law.

#1 & 2 are now enshrined in our constitution and will keep more people in jail for taxpayers to support. I’m sure the for-profit jail system is thrilled.
