There needs to be a national dialog about chokeholds. They are not the only way to restrain a person, and are often lethal.

I worked for the AZ dept of Juvenile Corrections after college, and no one, ever, used a chokehold on a kid. I used a full Nelson usually if I was doing a one person restraint.
