The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear arguments Tuesday over the state's irregularly shaped legislative districts. Molly Beck, senior capitol reporter for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, joined CBS News to discuss the case and how it could affect the 2024 elections.
