Cross Post to GD: Election official finally admits vote flipping certified wrong winners

Not everything is "human error" - though too many election officials take that stance. Finally one in Florida admits SOFTWARE "error" and proves the software did altered the election. 'Course, she still doesn't get into whether the software change was "accidental" or purposeful." Regardless, the election official admits the wrong winners were certified from an election back in March, and that audits won't catch a lot of errors (though it came up in this one)
