Anyone know how to create rss feed for YouTube channel's PLAYLIST?
I've been Googling and trying different url suggestions to create an rss feed for the playlist for my channel (I don't have original content, so I want to feed the playlist), with no luck thus far.

(27,677 posts)I'm an RSS addict with over 120 subscriptions. (My daily list is over 200 articles.) Youtube used to provide a link that made subscribing easy but they took it away without giving a reason. I really didn't want to live in a world without RSS so I found a workaround.
Let's say you wish to subscribe to The Young Turks. Open your RSS reader and subscribe to this URL:
gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/theyoungturks/uploads
Change the name ''theyoungturks' to follow other YouTube channels.

I don't have any original uploads so the "/uploads" option won't feed anything.
However, I read that it's possible to create an RSS feed for a channel's PLAYLIST.
I tried changing "/uploads" to "/playlist" and different variations based on Google info I found, but no luck.
Maybe I don't have something configured properly at the YouTube channel itself? I just created it today and am trying to insert a feature into a WordPress site that requires a YouTube RSS feed. I made sure to enable the playlist to be public, so I'm not sure what else to do...
Thanks again.

(27,677 posts)Post a link. Sometimes it takes it takes some clicking around on google but you can eventually find it. It's a pain in the ass but you can eventually find it.
For example, I also follow the EEVblog:
http://www.youtube.com/user/EEVblog
so I subscribed to this channel:
gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/EEVblog/uploads
by pasting the address into googlereader like this:

(22,923 posts)I don't have original videos uploaded yet, but I'm hoping to create an RSS feed for this page:
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL690EA098832F5846
The ".../user/channelname/uploads" won't work because there are no uploads, only a playlist, so I'm trying to create a feed for the playlist.
Hope that makes sense.

(27,677 posts)like this:
to get here:
http://www.youtube.com/user/OurCollectiveGood
Then cut and paste into the gdata template:
gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/OurCollectiveGood/uploads
Then copy that into your feed reader.
Worked for me.
